Cosmo reported at his scheduled time. He was pleasant and friendly. He demonstrated the obvious problem and promptly went about fixing it. He was pleasant, friendly, and very informative. I would highly recommend his work.

We have been using Pampering Plumber for 13 years. This time we had Cosmo Ferro out to fix our saltwater system.
Always on time, professional and knowledgeable.
Wouldn't dare using any other plumbing service. No games, just great service and pricing.

Also shout out to Eddie (our regular technician) who is top notch.

August, 2026. This is an additional post for the Pampering Plumber. At least a year has gone by, and I would still like to note that this company continues to serve its customers well. I had an ongoing toilet problem. The company sent out Eddie G. Eddie was very personable and professional. Not only did he change out the inner guts of the tank, but he lifted the tank off of the bowl and found that seal was corroded. Hats off to Eddie! Problem solved.
I was very happy with the professionalism, respect, and courtesy shown to me by Daniel Slade of Pampering Plumber. Daniel's jobs were to do maintenance on my 4 1/2 year old water softener and to drain out my 8 year old water heater. This was not Daniel's first rodeo, and he did a great job. He was also very respectful of my wishes, as I am particular about my property. If Daniel is an example of an employee of the Pampering Plumber, then they have a great organization!

I had an issue with a clogged toilet and immediately called Pampering Plumber. They were very responsive and scheduled a technician, Denford, to come out the very next day.

Let me tell you, Denford was a true professional. He clearly explained everything he was going to do before getting started and walked me through each step of the process. His knowledge and communication made me feel confident that the issue was being handled properly.

Before leaving, he tested the toilet multiple times to ensure the problem was fully resolved. The level of care and attention to detail he provided was outstanding. Truly A+ service from both Denford and Pampering Plumber.

Great friendly service provided by Eddie. When out of his way to find leak. Took over two hours of digging and cutting roots to find leak on main waterline. Made sure he got it fixed before weekend so we had water. very happy with him and Pampered Plumber.
